Know your Compliance ABC’s
We believe that our FDRs have the opportunity each and every day to promote and support an ethical culture by serving all customers with integrity, respecting co-workers, seeking guidance and bringing forth concerns without fear. It is imperative that your organization maintain a confidential FWA and Compliance reporting mechanism that is distributed and widely publicized for all employees and contractors within the organization to encourage reporting of potential FWA and Compliance Issues.
