Annual Attestations of Compliance

On an annual basis CareFirst Medicare Advantage will provide all FDRs with an Annual Attestation of Compliance that must be completed and returned back to CareFirst Medicare Advantage’s Medicare Compliance Officer.

You will be required to have an authorized representative from your organization attest to your compliance with the Medicare Compliance Program requirements. All completed Attestations are due back to CareFirst Medicare Advantage no later than April 29th each calendar year.
